Purchased a 3pc mixed combination. Returned to the store-my chicken was too crispy and dried out. Appeared old or from last evening. Fries were limp and cold. The cashier/manager gave me all new chicken and just cooked fries. I was completely satisfied with the trade. No hassle whatsoever. Thanks.
