Having experience as a manager in the fast food industry, customer service was always a strong point. I fully believe that worker, and customer go hand in hand. You want me to spend my money at your establishment? I'm expecting great customer service. Just like you need paying customers and I want fresh, hot, food. BTW The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. Good was not cooked correctly, and the place was dirty. The employees were actually friendly.
I got my order it was missing my gallon of tea. The chicken pieces were so small made me wonder when they switched to Banty chickens. The employees attitude was excellent I loved the atmosphere they have created.
I reported you to the BBB.I'm done waiting and playing the run around just refund me already it's been almost 3 months.I am not able to get in contact with you guys to get my refund for a canceled order. It's been over a week and no response either. The phone number don't work. You don't respond to emails . Update: they still have not issued my refund it's been over a month and yes they said they was refunding me yesterday I have called back. I just want my 40 dollars.
