The Mac and cheese, and the chicken was so DRY!!! The Mac and cheese had brown clumps in it like it burned and the scraped the pot. The food was GARBAGE!!! And the lady taking my order sighed ate cause their intercom was malfunctioning so I went inside and she blamed it on the other lady. SMH. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY CHURCES CHICKEN AGAIN!!!. TRASH
Ordered this excuse of a chicken sandwich online and it looked very different. I spent almost 15 minutes in a drive thru lane and after the 250 points was taken out of an account, I received this skimpy chicken sandwich. It doesn't look like the original chicken sandwich that's on their rewards program. Church's needs to fix this and I will be waiting to see if they do.
