Ordered food directly on their app. After an hour I hadn't received my order or heard from the restaurant that it was on the way. Called the store and my order was said to have been delivered by door dash. A company that I refuse to use any longer because the drivers steal food and the company refuses to help. Never can tell when the chicken is going to be fresh or not. Food quality is poor. Customer service is poor. Went through drive thru. Told the guy Muhammed to give me freshest chicken he had. This guy must have gave me the 3 dirtiest, dry, pieces of chicken they had.. Said they wasn't making any fresh chicken. Mind you it's 9pm. They open another 2 hours. That means everyone after me is getting 3 to 4 hour old chicken. I demanded a refund. I will never revisit this location again..

Listen to the negative reviews. I don’t usually go out of my way to review a chain restaurant. They’re all usually consistent and you know what to expect. I’ve been to this location twice and twice they have messed up my order. The first time the only thing they didn’t mess up were the fries. This time around they forgot some biscuits and sauces, and the food was lukewarm warm at best. If you’re going to charge $.50 a sauce you better not forget to give it to me.
