This is The worst Church's Chicken I've ever been to... I came to this Church's Chicken on 09-10-15 7:PM I order in drive Try 3 Mix Piece of Chicken with Mash Potato and a Corn, when I got home 3 miles away from this establishment and opened my chicken box I only had 2 Piece of chicken when I paid for 3. I've call this establishment and ask for manager in shift and explains to her whaybhad happened, she sounded really rude, she said just bring back the chicken for replacement or refund, Wow the gasoline and time that I spent... read more
Worst Churches Chicken In Duval!!! I got home to only see blood in my box coming from chicken. I was so disgusted I threw the whole box away never coming back!!
Had to wait 30 mins+ in the drive thru (which i could not back out of or drive off from) for my order. When I reached to the window and asked what took so long, I was told that it takes 30 mins to cook the chicken. However I ordered chicken strips and shrimp which I doubt takes a half hour too cook. I was offered an apple pie for the inconvenience......but wait, after the 30 plus minute wait they did not even get my order correct nor give me a receipt! Way to go. I will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN!
Waited 25 min in drive thru, order was repeated and on the display correct, order was repeated again at the window to pay...got home and my order was wrong. Chicken was fresh but bland along with bland corn on the cob. Waited too long in the drive thru already and didn't want to wait another 25 min to take it back for my correct order. Very disappointed and will not go back.
You can't deny that the food is usually good. The manager needs a serious overhaul. Terribly long wait for food, 20+ mins for anything.
