Got home and found out they forgot to add my mashed potatoes to my order had to go back and the guy then proceeded to lie that he indeed put the mashed potatoes in my order told them to check cameras and fire employee if he indeed was lying they refused to review cameras and gave me my mashed after 5min of interrogation.
The place is clean which is great but I asked for certain chicken piece and that thing was old and dry 😭.
This location in San Juan needs to train their workers on customer service! Guy in charge (I guess) was super rude. Took my order wrong on drive thru then probably on purpose sent me home with missing food!
We live closer to another Churches, but we prefer to go to this one in San Juan. The folks who work there have good customer service skills. I believe that Rosa the manager is doing a good job with her employees. Will continue to go.
