Pulled in to place a take out order , paid and the cashier parked us. Waited over 20 minutes and finally got off to see what was the hold up since NO ONE WAS THERE OTHER THEN MYSELF. Gave my receipt to the manager as she looked confused on what order I was talking about . They then proceeded to hurry up and try to finish my order. HOW IN THE HECK DO YOU FORGET ABOUT THE ONLY ORDER YOU HAVE ON BOARD?!? DO BETTER .
Fryer issues in the restaurant In however it was not felt on the service end also food service amazing customer care just had a prepay orders system going and something to consider on the BACK END !! Here for our family reunion and will return before we head back to Houston, San Antonio an Vegas!!
