Did an online order around 520pm today. Got there and then was told they have no chicken ready at all and itll take 25 minutes or longer & not to rush. Multiple customers waiting outside as well. Not sure whats going on but thats crazy. Had to request a cancelation through the app chat which obviously I wont be refunded today. 106 degrees outside ,not going to wait 30 minutes in my vehicle and the lobby was closed. They need to turn off online ordering in situations like this. Dissapointing .
My daughter was wanting chicken this evening, so we drove over to Church’s around 8:30pm, even though the posted closing time is 10:00pm. We walked to the door and it was locked. Instead of the employee coming to the door and letting us know they were only serving through the drive-thru, she simply watched us standing there. Customer service goes a long way, and a quick explanation would have made a big difference. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
The most consistent and best chicken in town
Hands down gotta be the best Church's Chicken we've ever had across the state. I got the 2 piece combo with white meat and my boyfriend got the 3 piece combo with dark meat. It was fried to literal perfection and so juicy. The staff was also a vibe and super friendly
