Ordered on the app because it said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I live 15 minutes away .... Took forever so my grandson went inside to see why it was taking so long . Service has gotten so much worse since the name change , I don't know why , I used to love churches chicken but now I seldom go there because the service is so bad and the taste just isn't the same as it used to be ! You would think that if you spend almost $50.00 for take out dinner , you would get it a timely way !!!
Food was trash, so was the service… and be careful they got roaches in there
Well I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at Church's Chicken I hadn't come by in a long time. The service was excellent too. Thank You to employees.
Extremely rude I had a scan code for a 5 piece tender scanned my code at the window didn’t receive it and apon asking the manager said she didn’t hear me say that she made faces the whole time did not give me a receipt so we just left
