Waited 10 minutes for chicken, then went to order. Just to be told out of biscuits. So I couldn't even get the meal I wanted. tried to order at 7pm they don't close until 10pm the employees are incompetent and should not be unattended. they sit on their phones and bullshit with each other instead of doing their jobs. now I know why I don't even bother with downloading their app they never have items. I just left and went else where.
The slim figured “manager” was very rude. Upon arriving to the location with my elderly aunt who has a medical condition that requires her to eat before her meds, we went through the drive-thru and the person taking there kept repeating the order back incorrectly. We exchanged a banter that had us both laughing. I love this location. 22nd and Alvernon. The staff are always nice. Especially David! He is very very kind and always smiling at customers. I come here probably once a week. The service is wonderful and of course food is always fresh and hot!
