Spent $40 at the drive thru & received half done chicken that was pink on the inside and a missing side order. Never again!
At times they have long wait time for chicken or no chicken
Augustin and Sylvia were the most compassionate hard working individuals I’ve ever seen in my life. God bless these workers and their families and loved ones. Every order was taken with a smile and the warmest attitude. I came in 15 minutes before they close, i know a jerk move on my part but I couldn’t make it earlier due to me being at work for longer than expected. I ordered their largest family-sized meal, and the Cashier (I think also was the Manager), Hernandez A., made me a fresh and hot batch! He was super nice and polite! I ordered through the drive through, and when the order was ready, he personally walked it out to my vehicle!
This is my favorite chicken spot.
