Friendly staff, quick service and good food 🍗
I visited the Texas City location at 9:10, and the employee took my order. I waited until 9:22 for confirmation (was waiting close to the window) thinking they was preparing my order…only to be told I'd have to wait 45 minutes…they had already closed the kitchen and turned off the fryer, that’s what they said! . I found this unacceptable and asked to speak with the manager. To my surprise, it was the same manager who took my order initially.
