Always hot and fully cooked chicken, great customer service and bilingual.
Great food, especially when the food is fresh and grease is clean. But the service is horrible..the employees be jus Rude! Short patience, Jus Mad!! I don't understand it, and if they be all that atleast get the order correct! other than that great place, to eat...

Chicken is not fresh. Ordered large chicken order, chicken was not taken off fresh chicken rack. Chicken was taken out of large warmer with several rack of chicken.

During my first visit to this location on my way to Hot Springs for the weekend, we immediately walked into a dirty restaurant with a 4 person line. The employee at counter appeared to be of Indian descent (nothing against Indian people, but I’m trying describe the person just in case upper mgmt see this review) and was rudely taking an order. The staff ignored my husband and was so bored when they finally waited on him (didn’t get order right either). The food was horrible I love ochra but it was burnt and tasted horrible.We wanted to give them business because of rebuilding after hurricane but will not be back will go back to good and crisp so much better
Never be so rudely treated and received such poor service. Waited 35 minutes never got food but got my money back. Multiple people who came after me got served while I waited .
