Dirty, slow and didn’t get order right. Really, the drive thru window is what your customers see and it is the nastiest, dirty window. You can see the backs of equipment covered in gross dust, obviously haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. Took so long to place the order and get it with only one car ahead of us. Fries are old and cold. Didn’t get dipping sauce for tenders and didn’t get the drink. Bad service, mediocre food and very dirty. Never again!!!
Fries were not done chicken sandwich I could have made a better one at home. We work our butts off come thru a drive thru for a reason. Get it together....
7/29/25 - Had sides and 1 chicken wing. I bot into the wimg and a seriously bad smell came up. I let my coworker smell ot and she almost threw up her lunch. It smelled rotten and they fried it anyway and sold it. If i get sick I will ne coming agter you monetarily I cashier did not want to smell ot. She got jer manager a short Hispanic lady. So i went today about 20 minutes ago. Didn't get my jalapeno poppers, didn't get my mac and cheese it was mashed potatoes. Tried to call and got hung up on. Is it seriously too much to ask for people to do their job at work???? Ridiculous.
