Edit 9/13/25: in recent times, service has been very poor. I did a few online orders via the app one to two hours in advance only to then find they hadn’t even started on my order and I had to wait well beyond (15-20 min.) my scheduled pickup time. Then another time the cashier informed me there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait which I was fine with and I even said so. Drive thru cashier was very rude and keep telling me the customer that cooking was not her job when I asked how much longer it was going to take for our order we had been waiting for 35 minutes and another family came in ordered received there food befer our food yes this store in Globe Arizona is terrible the manager said nothing when I asked her if she was going to let her casher speak to a paying customer. I cancelled my order and left my review one yelp is not going to be good
Not happy. You need to update your hours online. They are wrong
I loved the service here we were greeted with the upmost respect. It was nice to see the other workers happy to help with our order. The place could use a refurbishing. Otherwise great service
