We placed a simple online order consisting of a 5-piece chicken combo, 12 jalapeño bombers, and an apple pie. Upon picking up the order, we discovered that the apple pie and 12 jalapeños were missing. We returned to inform them, and they claimed to have placed them in the bag and that we were being rude for not getting them immediately. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but this establishment clearly needs new staff or some form of improvement.
