I have been consistently disappointed with this location due to ongoing issues with cleanliness, customer service, and menu availability. employees are rude , food takes 45 + min somebody needs to fire micheal b !
We ordered wings, macaroni, cheese, mashed potatoes, and gravy and a large okra. We live in another town over. We get home in the okra was absolutely incinerated. There is no way that that cook didn’t know that it was absolutely torched. Very disappointing.

UPDATE- SEPTEMBER 12, 2026 @ 11:20am AT DRIVE-THRU ORDERED SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH AND WAS RUDELY TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF SANDWICHES. I ASKED WHAT PART? SHE SAID WHAT? I ASKED IF THEY WERE OUT OF BUN OR CHICKEN AND SHE SAID BUN. NO OTHER OPTIONS WERE OFFERED TO ME.
