So grateful for Kaitlyn’s help at Builders First in Lapeer. We are working on a remodel of our kitchen and laundry room and Kaitlyn was able to get me everything I asked for in a kitchen and at a great price. She went above and beyond. She didn’t hesitate once with anything I asked of her and helped get us our dream kitchen. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be working with them on any future projects!
If I could give them negative stars I would. They lied to me just to shut me up. We ordered bathroom vanity tops for 3 bathrooms. The width of the faucet opens was wrong. Partly our fault. They said they would be willing to “work with us” on fixing the problem and coming to terms on the total cost. When time came to discuss the cost of the project, they refused to talk and handed it off to a third party. When a solution was reached. We schedule delivery, they were late. No trust!
Always a great option besides the Depot....
