Been here multiple times, very slow service, expect 30+min wait time.
I had a disappointing experience at Church’s Chicken. The food was okay, but the service was extremely slow. I had to wait much longer than expected, even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff could improve their speed and organization. I hope they work on providing faster service in the future.
Update 1: the drumsticks and thigh are sooo tiny this time.... The fries are not full either, which has been the case for the last many times we went.... Really staying away now 7 out of 10 times, they don't have enough or any spicy chicken, but when I ordered at the counter, I was promised all spicy right?? On top of that, given wrong items many times. If we forgot to double check our order before we leave, we end up with wrong/missing items when we got home.
