Churchs on judson can't afford salt and pepper for their customers. Wait time for biscuits after I placed the online order 25 minutes in advance. Tiny little pieces of chicken not worth it.

My name is Henry Lee Sullivan, and I placed an order on November 23, 2024, placed the order online with 4 of my employees. I talk to my employees all the time about how good the food is at churches chicken in Louisiana, being that's where I am from. So, we all put into order. Placed the order online and it said our food was being prepared. Sent Edgar (employee) to pick it up and when he got there the employees inside had lock the door and said they was closed. Excellent meal, all food tasted fresh and was good temperature, either hot or cold food. Ordered inside so we could ask some questions. Counter person was very pleasant, extremely helpful, very professional. Totally enjoyed this meal.

Wors chicken in Austin it was old and dry called corporate never heard from the store never got a call back refused to give me money back will never eat at church chicken again

When I placed my order while waiting for my order, we observed an employee vaping, manager noted he saw on camera after reported to him, the young lady taking my order, had long hair was down her back that was not under a cap or in a hair net, she was observed running her hands 2 times through hair, did not wash hands, no gloves on to serve food. The worst they never have a chicken available!!! Always sorry 20-25 minute wait and that's beside the time u alread waited in line. Crappy customer service

ive came to this location at least 5 times a week and not once i have i seen any insects or animals, the staff is really helpful and friendly, the food is always fresh many times ive hat to wait for at least 15 minutes but that's normal this place in not burger king where everything is already made, what people don't seem to understand is that yes its a fast food restaurant but unlike bk mcdonalds jack in the box....etc you will always get your food fresh, church's are family restaurants if you are looking to have a family g... read more
