8/21 ordered online to pick up at 7pm, drive thru advised it was 15mins more & park at the front. We did & as she walked in & out never took our order. At 7:40 i decided to go get my money but they had our order on the counter 🤦♀️ Came back, streets full of snow, Ashely in the drive thru was amazing! Food hot/fresh 🫶 Drive thru, Miriam was nice. Chicken was hot & spicy ❤️. Buiscuits a lil hard, okra a lil dry, mash pot were good.
Monae was so warm and welcoming, went above and beyond with service and Food. Will definitely be back. Awesome customer service 🥰
I order the smoke house chicken. Thinking it was a non-fried option, then I watched them fry it. I was disappointed
Even though I had to wait to get my order because there was not enough chicken done to get my order. I waited and the employee continued to take care of the other customers.
I had a mishap here the other day and Monae was so amazing with the situation and made sure I was left satisfied without having to even ask! Someone who knows how to fix an issue and keep the customer happy! I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
