Drive through attendant really needs training. He was gonna charge me $15 for a $6 box meal w one extra piece of chicken. I said hello your way off on your charge. Chicken was cold. What happened to the original Churches?
Horrible customer service. Told me the 2 piece big box combo was $6 then charged me $7.99. No option in the register to ring up a 4 piece wing big box combo so the charged me for XL Fried Okra and told me the the 4 piece wing big box combo didn’t come with a drink when the advertising on the menu shows it with a drink. Took forever to get my food and they were severely under staffed. I’ll never go back to this place! Absolutely Horrible!!!
Great people who work there. One thing that they forgot my gravy.
