Food is always good, but the person whose at the counter today February 13, 2026 around 8:40 pm was just an absolute snob. He never smiled nor have any personality. They should trade place, the one from the kitchen should be the one running the counter and him at the back. Such a disgrace from a customer service environment.

Haven't had my food yet. The self serve errored out for everyone except for the next person. And it is wholly understaffed.
Thank you to the staff who got me my food in record time so I could run back in time to final boarding call.
It was a really bad experience at this place first of all I asked for a vegetarian wrap and even confirmed twice and they gave me chicken and when I get back she said I can add some veggies to the same wrap and when I asked they can I get a refund probably she said you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes for the manager and really poor service zero customer service skills no care shown for the customers I won't recommend anyone to go there you can go to other places like Subway and NW next to them but I won't recommend going to Ch... read more
