make sure you get what you order
this is the only Church's that if you have coupon you can only get coleslaw or mashed potato for the side,any thing else is extra cost! all other Church's let you get any side you want at no extra cost. you ask why they tell you thats how it is.I will not ever go to this location again.
The macaroni and cheese was dried out with black burnt spots, the cole slaw was sour, I guess it's kinda hard to mess up instant mashed potatoes and powdered gravy mix but, the biscuit wasn't light & fluffy it was hard as a rock I gave my cat most of one of the drumsticks and the other to my Mother, she never complains about anything.
Check On Your Employees ❗❗❗ Not Speaking On Everyone Who Works There Just The One Who Attended Me , Worst Customer Service I've Ever Received , Messed Up My Day With Her Attitude & Messed Up On My Order Just Because She Wasn't Having It Today , You Dont Like Your Job Just Don't Go And Ruin It For Everyone ! I Was Calling To Let Them Know About My Order Being Wrong And Store Never Answered !!!!

How about getting employees who can show a spirit of customer service instead of acting like they're doing.you a favor by serving you? That would be a great start. Worry more about serving your customers instead if pushing all your specials. Don't mean Jack if you can't get waited on. Twice I've drive off from drive through at night because I got tired if waiting for something new to take my order. Chicken Express from now on.

lately my tummy been wanting churches. and store #372 is closest to us. I use the coupon on my cell which is great! twice already ive been here. and these employee employee's have rocked! the food ia correct,ita hot and service is fantastic. the green beans are also so tasty. I don't know what changed but ita working here I hope they know how great it is.. the smallest things make my life with small babies that much easier. thank you guys! I see you working together and getting it done!!!
