Have employees that know the difference between dark and white meat! And how to give refunds when asked for! Some people can't wait another 30 minutes. Might have to be somewhere else!!!!!!!!!
On 3/30/19 Church’s Chicken located on 1400 N Big Spring in Midland Tx I paid for 4 wings and 4 thighs total $17.56 with my debit card. Make a long story short my mother and I got SICK. I’ve made 3 trips to get my money back and to bring them their BAD CHICKEN. I don’t eat fast food a lot. I’ll NEVER eat Church’s Chicken again as long as I’m black. That’s my RECOMMENDATION Wanda Morris
Bathrooms were filthy, napkins for toilet paper, everything was dirty. Employees were polite though. Chicken was over cooked.
Nasty. Loud, angry employee yelling at other employees.
The service at both locations in Midland are horrible!!! Ill never go back!
They had us waiting in the driveway to order, when we finally left we saw at least 6 people who were "employees " looking at us with scowling faces...good grief � So, we went to the North Midkiff road store,and were happily greeted, and our order was perfect! Attitudes make a difference to this customer
