The cost of getting a form signed and stamped is £30, upon receipt, they advise that it will take 4/6 weeks or maybe longer because of time constraints with 20,000 patients. The practice is either woefully understaffed or has registered too many patients. We need another medical practice in this rapidly expanding town urgently to meet the demand.

We’re so lucky to have such conscientious doctors at this Whitchurch surgery. I managed to get an appointment relatively easily and was seen by a lady Doctor who was extremely caring, genuine, and knowledgeable. The e-consult system is very easy to use, as is nominating a pharmacy for prescriptions to be sent directly. Parking is also convenient, with the Lidl supermarket car park just opposite the surgery. Excellent service all around!
I think this medical practice has closed down or has been closed down, or seems that way, but the website on google says its open and opening times are Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but I have repeatedly for weeks called in those times and its always closed, it has an answerphone message saying please call during opening times (which I have done repeatedly and always closed and just says call 999 if your condition is urgent.
