This place lacks professionalism. (Dj’s Wife) My first encounter was after being on the waiting list for a year, and finally getting to meet with my therapist. I was thrown into a session only knowing my therapist name and nothing else . Not even how long the session were going to be. By my second session I noticed my therapist was very rude and sarcastic. Made several apts for my child, and the first apt, we got stood up! Missed school and work, and didn't even get a call back from Aaron Shames, just an email saying we need to reschedule, like really! He knew the severity of my child's situation, and didn't care. He knew we were driving from NC to see him. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy from your staff is a disappointment.
