Getting through to this office is extremely difficult. The line is constantly busy, they do not return calls in a timely manner. I have left a total of 5 messages regarding a health issue that my mother is experiencing. When I was finally able to speak with someone, I was advised that a nurse would give me a call. 2 days later the office called but I was unable to answer due to the fact that I had walked away from my phone.
