The maintenance guy is very nice and helpful. Even at today’s prices I think this place is too much money for the quality of upgrades they have and the lack of amenities. If I owned it, I would put some redwood wood chips around the trees and along the club house. Upgrade the washers and dryers in the laundry room to way better machines. Put a pool in. I know there was one at one point, but it was covered and a nice playground was built over it. But a pool would be really nice in the summer and I would actually make it an in... read more
