The maintenance guy is very nice and helpful. Even at today’s prices I think this place is too much money for the quality of upgrades they have and the lack of amenities. If I owned it, I would put some redwood wood chips around the trees and along the club house. Upgrade the washers and dryers in the laundry room to way better machines. Put a pool in. Horrible company to work for they don’t treat their employees good and I use to work for them
Took forever to get things fixed! And we have had two bikes stolen off the back porch when the shared back yards only accessible from another apartment
