I used to rent through Churchills when Andrew was Rental Property Manager and I had no problems, everyone in the office was lovely. As of late getting hold of anyone from the Lutwyche office has been ridiculous. I've been trying to reach a lady called Belinda for the past 5 weeks. I'm now stepping up escalations to the manager. I feel for anyone who deals with this real estate. They rental property service has really taken a dive.
Managed our neighbours property. Constant drug fuelled parties and drug raids by the police on the property which housed a group of aggressive teen boys. “Water vase” in full view of the sidewalk for several weeks. Boys yelling abuse to upstairs while kids are out playing on the balcony. I was criticised by the female manager for not returning house keys in person and instead I returned the house keys in the letterbox outside their office (they outlined this was an option to do in their notice to leave email which was sent to me). I thought this was ok to do as stated in their email - I was unable to return house keys in the final days in person due to the fact I spent the last day and weekend in hospital after unfortunately losing my baby at 20 weeks… After speaking to the manger in person about my situatio... read more
