Joshua Phillips and his team (Deanna Armstrong and Margery Newberry, specifically) were amazing to work with. Everyone that we spoke with on the other end of the transaction (Closing attorney, our realtor, etc) couldn't tell us enough good things about working with Joshua and his team. We may be one of the first families to use Churchill in our city, but we won't be the last!

Joshua and team helped us through the whole process. As first time home owners, we had never done any of this before and they were very happy to answer any and all questions about each step we took. Although we did have to do some digging for all the correct statements, the process was very simple. They reviewed and processed very quickly. We were able to get all paperwork in and purchase our home in a little over a month. We have recommended this mortgage company to everyone we know!
