I am writing to raise concerns regarding the standard of care provided by Dr Sumithra Ratnayake. During my appointment, Dr Ratnayake declined to read my hospital discharge summary, then stated she did not have sufficient information to assist me. The information she needed was clearly present in the discharge summary that she chose not to review. To withhold medical support due to outdated and uninformed bias against individuals who were born with a condition beyond their control is both unprofessional and ethically unacceptable. Such conduct falls short of the standards expected within the healthcare profession. The clinic should take immediate steps to review its practices and ensure that all staff receive appropriate gender diversity education and training to provide fair, informed, and non-discriminatory care to every patient.
Absolutely fantastic medical practice. Friendly, attentive staff, exceptional doctors. Dr. Jaina Chauhan is an incredibly knowledgeable, brilliant doctor. Absolutely outstanding level of medical care. Best practice I have ever been to.
I would give a 0 if google allowed me. Very judgemental doctor. Wouldn't recommend this practice. In my last visit she argued that my Bhcg +1000 , despite increasing every 48 hrs they might have been the result of medication... despite the fact that I WAS NOT on any medication (I repeated this several times)..in fact i was pregnant with...twins. Avoid this surjury like the plaque I had a receptionist who would not let me speak to western diagnostic pathology.i kept on saying I need to speak to western diagnostic pathology .she kept on refusing to let me speak to them . eventually I had to tell her mind your own business . Ended up she rejected me from the waiting room.is this exceptable NO. after 20 years I am moving to a new general practice !! Receptionist had NETT ZERO respect for ME!!
