Bulk billing practice. Good GPs. Busy but not overwhelmed in the waiting room.
Did not bulk bill a weekday daytime appointment for my 4 month old baby! Then did not submit my Medicare details (which I gave) so I received a bill and had to pay for all the lab tests up front!
I would highly recommend seeing Dr Bailey. She is kind, caring and professional. As a young woman I would highly recommend her to any young adult needing a GP! Thank you Dr Bailey!
Busy practice with good doctors but reception / waiting area poorly designed so it is continually noisy and not conducive to patients being relaxed hefore appointment.
A sign in reception says to notify reception if waiting longer than 20minutes. When I did this the staff member I interacted with was blunt and rude.
