Extremely disappointing experience - cannot recommend the staff or Dr Patrick Lee. When Shenton Family Practice was absorbed into Shenton General Practice, I sought out a new GP after my previous GP had retired. I subsequently saw Dr Lee and received a referral to a specialist. After a period of time of seeing the specialist I was informed my referral needed to be renewed so I called the practice to enquire whether Dr Lee would need an in person appointment or whether a telephone consultation would suffice. Dr. Krishna is the most kind, caring and sympathetic physician I have met when it comes to women’s health 💓
Before I forget to do this: Shenton had been wonderful. I was in a devastating situation so my mind was elsewhere I had to do urgent consultation and rebooked once. But they were all kind enough to accommodate me. Dr. Krish was great. I really felt genuine concern over my situation, I wish I was in her office for a more joyous reason but I’m grateful she was the one looking after me during this tragic times and delivering a difficult sensitive information was with heartfelt concern.
