A sign in reception says to notify reception if waiting longer than 20minutes. When I did this the staff member I interacted with was blunt and rude.
Dr James Cheng is my GP and both my teenage sons. We all LOVE him. Absolutely amazing with teenagers, they feel they can openly tell him anything, which I think is paramount at that age. I find him extremely thorough, and considers not only any medical aspects, but each individual. He’s very easy to talk to, calm, and caring. He’s a wonderful doctor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am writing to raise concerns regarding the standard of care provided by Dr Sumithra Ratnayake. During my appointment, Dr Ratnayake declined to read my hospital discharge summary, then stated she did not have sufficient information to assist me. The information she needed was clearly present in the discharge summary that she chose not to review.
