These guys will never succeed. They are all crooks, they blame everything on the park managers to cover up the crimes they commit in Carbondale. Corporate are a bunch of over paid crooks. I live in Regency of ....moble home park, I have lived in various spots at the moble home park for ten years. I am currently living in a moble home that was giving to me on a handy man special. I have the title to my trailer two years later, and I know many others that are still waiting on the titles to thier trailers. We have been renting a mobile home space for 9 years at the Alpine Regency Mobile Home Park. They are attempting to evict us without cause.. I have contacted the home office twice and requested a return call and apparently, they are not concerned about their property.
