My daughter had a 9:30 appointment today with Wanda, they never called her I called the counseling place a half an hour later and I was told that maybe this medicine lady is running behind which is their famous excuse, we waited till after 10:30 and they still didn't call we waited till 10:45 and they still didn't call so needless to say I am not going to send my daughter back to this place no more we're going to find a new medicine doctor for her find the new place for her to get her medicine at because this is unprofession... read more

I have been going there for over 20+ years. The staff that they keep hiring and apparently NOT training don't do their jobs and makes people like me feel like their going crazier than need be. When I talk to my actual counselor, and set up my next appointment, the staff never seems to get the memo's. They're always saying that my appointments aren't on the days that I write on my calendars, specially when I repeat it to my counselor when we make it.... The lady behind the desk was very nasty and ignorant. They told me they give a 15 minute grace period I showed up 10 mins late and they turned me around and wouldn’t see me & told me I had to reschedule for a med change.

Julia has changed our lives. Churchill counseling has included us completely in our daughter's treatment and makes sure we have all available knowledge and resources. A true gift we couldn't be more grateful for.
