I've lived in Churchill Commons since 2011 and love it. It is the best maintained apartment complex in Aiken. Also has everything you need. Pet friendly? They have a fenced dog park! No complaints.
I got to know the maintanance staff more than anyone there at Churchill Commons. The office people were business nice, but I wouldn't say they were truly concerned about my concerns. I had a roach crawl across my baby's crib the first day. They fixed it. My power bill was sky high. Despite my many complaints, I was told that you are to budget $150 for the bill. Some residents weren't paying half my amount. Come to find out a bird's nest blocked the dryer vent. That helped, buy my heat and a/c unit was the main problem. It wo... read more
