Do. Not. Live. Here. My fiancé and I lived at this complex, and the list of issues we experienced is unfortunately long. Here are just a few highlights: 1. Our unit was absolutely disgusting when we moved in. The carpets reeked of dog urine, the walls had hair and dirt painted over them, the floors were filthy, and both showers had mold. Moved here in Dec.2023. Moving out in two months. This has been the worst possible situation I’ve ever been in. As well as my two teens. Black mold, Multi water damage issues,roaches,AVAC ,EXTREME issues from apartment above. We have been so sick from the mold. Stressed out from needing maintenance to come out almost weekly for a year, and have not had any good sleep the whole time we’ve been here. Don't waste your time moving here. We have had multiple issues with some tenants that stay above us and they refuse to get anything resolved. They do not believe in a quiet peaceful atmosphere here. It's not worth the money or the frustration.
