A vulnerable, injured and elderly relative who is a regular patient of Dr Raj was turned away without care or assistance by reception staff. Still awaiting a proper response a week after it happened and 4 days since the practice manager said she would investigate. Seeing the all the negative reviews tonight that show the owners are only just responding 2 weeks ago to complaints made months ago is very alarming. A medical centre must do better!
