Every single time we've visited Churchill Family Practice Medical Centre, we've had to wait at least 1 to 1.5 hours beyond our appointment time. There is no communication from the reception staff about the delay or how long the wait is likely to be. Patients are simply left sitting there with no updates. Never on time … not sure why doctors at this practice love to keep people waiting. They think patients have all the time in the world just to wait for their appointment. These doctors should learn how to respect people’s time.
They have their personal meeting when my appointment came firstly you have to wait atleast one week to get appointments online after that if you go hospital they will do their personal meeting ⭐️
Booked appointment for 2:12, and now it is 2:51pm, still no response and haven’t been called. It is for a baby. Whoever it is, needs to be punctual, time matters for everyone. Let’s try to become more professional. Wish I could give zero star. Disappointed
