I phone the surgery this morning after been in pain for over a week to be told the doctors can't accommodate me ring back on Monday for a 2 week appointment. The receptionist didn't even want to know what wrong with me and was very rude. People these days are dying prematurely through lack of medical care.churcfield medical Practice has gone to pot nobody seems to care. Feel we would get better care in a 3rd world country.........1st August 2025.

I would like to say the receptionists at churchfield do not follow through what they say eg I asked for an extended sick note I was told that there wasn't a doctor's appointment for 2 weeks , I was then told on Monday I could have one when my original note ran out which was Tuesday, so I phoned again on Tuesday and was told it was with the doctor I just needed to give them the dates I need to cover so I did this straight away, Wednesday still no note so I phoned again to be told the doctor dealing with this wasn't in so I ha... read more

3 weeks to see a doctor, after waiting 2 weeks and being cancelled, 5 weeks in all.

Receptionist need to be trained, there veey rude and the way they look at you up and down like your something on the bottom of there shoe, absolutely shocking, my husband needs to see a doctor and he just get told no appointments ring at 8 tomorrow sit in a queue for ages and gets told the same again the next day and days after, Receptionist attitude towards you is disgusting. If I could give a 0 star I would.
