It took me over a year and a half to process what happened with this clinic before writing this review. I usually only share positive experiences publicly, but what my dog went through here was deeply painful and cannot be ignored. We have been taking our cat here for many years but recently had to change vets due to Dr Ramzy’s lack of awareness , attentiveness and knowledge. He does not do thorough examinations. And if you have any concerns, you will need to repeatedly remind him to look/ examine it, otherwise he will forget. He rarely gave clear, insightful answers to any concerns we had for our cat. On one occasion, he completely missed an abscess on our cat. While examining her, he told us he “doesn’t see anything”. The very next day the abscess st... read more
