I brought my adopted cat for his first appointment and to have him registered at this location. The service was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the Vet was very patient and knowledgeable, my new cat felt at ease during the entire time we were there and I was very happy and satisfied with the service.

I am writing this review after my cat has fully recovered. Between June 22 and June 30, 2026, my cat was treated at this clinic multiple times for a toe wound. Despite repeated visits, repeated bandage changes, and repeated charges, the wound continued to bleed almost every time the bandage was removed. There was little meaningful improvement, yet the treatment approach never seemed to change. What concerned me most was the quality of wound care. It took me over a year and a half to process what happened with this clinic before writing this review. I usually only share positive experiences publicly, but what my dog went through here was deeply painful and cannot be ignored. We initially chose Church Yonge Animal Clinic because of the Google reviews and a good first impression with Dr. Karam Ramzy. My dog is very sensitive and has severe allergies. We have been taking our cat here for many years but recently had to change vets due to Dr Ramzy’s lack of awareness , attentiveness and knowledge. He does not do thorough examinations. And if you have any concerns, you will need to repeatedly remind him to look/ examine it, otherwise he will forget. He rarely gave clear, insightful answers to any concerns we had for our cat.
