I can't fault our Dr's surgery, yes it might take a long time phoning to get through but once I get to speak to receptionist we have no problem at all either getting Dr to ring back or getting to see a Dr.
No one answer's the phones. EVER!!
Tried ringing in mornings 8 30 on dot 10 days trying then rang 10 days ltr at 2 30 to be told try ringing in morning at 8 30 complete headcases in that dump
Never normally had an issue getting through but currently been ringing for a week to try and get an appointment. Told on Friday to ring back Monday after lunch to be basically called a liar by today's receptionist. Medication has been stopped until blood tests done but can't get an appointment. Bloody disgraceful!!!
