Not gonna lie to you, I’ve only really ever had positive experiences here! The doctors who’ve seen me have all been so kind and understanding and pushed my referrals to get seen by the nhs quicker. The only negative experience I’ve gotten was in regards to getting an appointment, like ringing up within the hour of them being open yet already booked up for the day, although following up the next day was easy and quick enough :)

Edit, a couple years later... I have had chest pain for 2 years and church surgery always brushed me off. I have moved country now, and a 15 minute scan for 2000円 (like £15?) got me a diagnosis. Two years, church surgery. Two years. It took them 15 minutes here. Worst GP in aberystwyth!!! Son come down with a chesty cough we rang them at 8am as apparently thats the only time you can get allocated to see a doctor they said a doctor would phone us back. We waited all day for them to phone us at 3:30PM saying to come in for 3:40PM so we did. We then waited nearly an hour in the surgery with our son to be seen my son wasnt very happy at all being 4 years old so we said to them at the reception what was going on amd they said as its an emergency appintment it can take however long!!
