Been coming for about 15 years. Dr Sean was been one of the kindest people and meeting him helped me deal with a health matter. He has given me much support since. Very knowledgeable.
Great experiences with the doctors and most of the reception team except for Cameron who was very rude and dismissing. I spoke politely and was just confused regarding results and she spoke in a very disrespectful manner to a patient who was stressed about finding out results. Maybe she was having a bad day but that’s no excuse to be rude.
Friendly helpful Reception staff, friendly drs. Who arent trying to rush you through and get you out the door. They listen to you and i cluse you in your treatment.
Excellent practice. Dr Elspeth Man has been my GP for several years (my Google name is a pseudonym). She's compassionate, thorough, approachable, very caring and respectful. The nursing staff who've helped with vaccinations and information over the years have also been terrific. And I've found the reception staff helpful and friendly.
An accredited practice providing a range of dedicated General Practitioners (often members or fellows of the Australian College of GPs, or with other special endorsements). I thank Dr. Sheila Knowlden and Dr. Prue Kirby for their awesome long-term care --initially at Edgeware Family Practice, then at Church Street. I can't thank Dr. Knowlden enough!
