Very below average family medical centre. If you have children with anything more than a flu I’d be very careful about how you approach getting care via this place. They diagnosed a broken arm as a sprain and advised some truely wild stuff in hindsight, hospital was very perplexed and concerned at their very careless diagnosis. Have been seeing DR Ran leu for a Number of years & have found him to be One of the most Understanding and Carering he listened to you & Gives & Shows great Compassion & Empathy. As does Dr Elizabeth Man & Dr K B ruce & Also All of the staff are Allways Carering & Make the ARRANGEMENTS that you are in Need off . Regards Paul A K.

I’m not a patient here, and you probably shouldn’t be either. In short, whilst I was waiting for a blood test, an Aboriginal woman who belonged to the practice came in. It seems her regular GP, who as a rule bulk bills patients of Aboriginal descent, had retired and she had been given a new one. It was explained to her that this one doesn’t bulk bill so now a consultation would cost. The woman left having not seen a doctor. I wish I didn't have to write this. I attended my appointment today for a skin concern. During the consultation Dr Torpinski asked if I was still taking Metformin, and I explained that I take it for fertility reasons. Without asking further questions, she told me that I “should go on injectables such as Ozempic or Mounjaro” and stated that I “can’t keep a baby.” This was extremely upsetting and felt both out of the blue and aggressive. Dr Elspeth Mann is an absolute fantastic doctor who provides excellent care and has been for several years. Her level of care and understanding has supported me throughout some of the most important times of my life and her work has been paramount to my overall health and well being for over a decade.
