My daughter had her bite plate repaired on the end of April and within 2 weeks pieces started falling off of it. Went in today to see what could be done and was told a new one was required. However Dr. Casey would not refund one cent of the bill in April, $278.,even though the repair work didnt last 2 weeks. Procedures were never discussed with me as per note on my daughter's file. I just had my first appointment, but I have to say I am really happy with the service so far. Everyone was very friendly. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and they created a treatment plan for concerns that other dentist have ignored in the past. I look forward to continuing my care with your practice!
I am a very anxious patient, and a new client . Dr. Casey and Team were very understanding. I just completed my second visit and the whole process was pain-free , and I felt very comfortable in Dr Casey’s and her assistant’s care. They demonstrated patience, self-confidence ,empathy, and tremendous skill. 100% ! !
