Incredible Care from Our New Family Dentist! Since moving to NB, we’ve been so blessed to find Dr. Tuli as our new family dentist and we’re truly thankful we did! She now cares for me, my husband, and our 3 kids, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Church St Dental. On multiple occasions, my appointments have been canceled just 30 minutes before, with no phone call, only a last-minute text message. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering how far in advance these appointments are booked. When they do offer a reschedule, the next available date is often months out, which is highly inconvenient. To make matters worse, they have moved multiple times and when trying to resolve the issue or follow up, they bombar... read more
The dentist was very nice, the dental hygienist also. The problem came from the receptionist. They have been trying to charge my husband and I for over 3 months now. Both of us are covered by our own plans AND we both have spousal plans as well. We have called at least 5 times and sent an email with all receipts yet they can't seem to figure out that we do not owe the amount they claim we do.
