Dear Manager of Church Cafe I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant. While the food was tasty, I was disappointed by an unexpected charge on my bill. I was offered a side of chips with salsa, which has always been included with the meal. However, when I received the $40 check, I noticed I was charged $4.50 for it.
