Went there today had a minor issue with my battery terminals, it wasn't connecting tightly and the car wouldn't start up after being on. Terry took the time to check it out rather quickly and tinkered with it to make sure it was just a connection issue.. We talked for a bit I could tell by his demeanor that he was someone I could get along with.
