If I could give less than a star, I would. It’s very unfortunate, because my family has been coming here for 4 years and despite my initial doubt of returning, for standard & healthy dogs, they administer mediocre care. My dog was recently diagnosed with Addison’s Disease. He went into, what we now know as an addisonian crisis last week. I took my two pit bulls for their ear cropping and they did a great job....
My initial phone call when I made my appointment I was quoted to be between $500 and $600 for ear cropping. After arriving I was told an extra $350 would be added to the bill for additional services that were never discussed on the first phone call. Needless to say I walked out!
If you want a vet that truly cares about your pet. This is the place to go. You're not just a number. They take the time to hear you. And make sure your pet is healthy before any procedure is done! We couldn't have been happier!
They are a great facility, the Dr did great cropping my Dobermans ears, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to fellow Doberman owners!
