Kindercare church ranch, my three kiddos are always welcomed, cared for and loved by all the staff. Cherish and Toni are always so friendly to both kiddos and parents and they are always able to answer any question about my kiddos or their days. Ms Seleene, Ms Ellie, Ms Naz and Ms Taylor are always so sweet to the babies and help my youngest always feel safe when I leave and she always seems so happy in the pictures we get and at the end of the day. My son and I love Church Ranch Kindercare. Since Cherish took over as director about a year ago, things have been run like a tight ship! I love that they are also open until 6pm to accommodate families-as there are days that I have to work late. Ms Skylar is an amazing pre K teacher and has developed a wonderful curriculum in the pre K classroom. Cherish goes above and beyond to ensure all the children are safe, happy and healthy. Kinder Care welcomed my daughter with open arms. Understood the transition of one daycare to them they helped my daughter feel welcome and safe. My daughter has never been happy anywhere else. They listen when you are concerned about something and will help find a solution. I'm so happy that my daughter is happy and I am happy with the services.
I called today to simply ask a few questions about daycare and the programs offered. And Toni was absolutely annoyed with me and was so rude on the phone. Like sorry I had questions and you thought I was stupid I guess. I wouldn’t want my kids in her care if that’s how she talks to potential customers. Because the programs I was curious about they don’t offer she treated me like a waste of her time and as if I annoyed her for even calling.
