Restrictions for boat hire are sent just before you take the boat out rather than when you book the boat and are multiple eg. Not allowed to use the anchor, can't stop at a jetty, no one allowed to stand on the front deck while motoring, highly unlikely to be permitted to go on the Hawkesbury (unless you arrive at 7.30 am on the day you are taking the boat out and the swell is low), extra fees for cleaning, tiny dinghy provided to take people to and from the shore. Disappointing.
We've had fantastic experiences with Niels and the team. They are flexible, accommodating and totally professional. The boats are very clean and well maintained. And wow, what an amazing way to spend the weekend. Highly recommend.
