Very bad GP, The staff isn’t good
Very unprofessional and rude receptionists with poor communication. Do not recommend this GP practise at all!
Very bad customer service. No sense of empathy. They don’t speak English very well so there is a communication problem straight away…I currently have COVID and needed to speak to a Dr so he can write me a prescription for an asthma pump that I haven’t had to use for many years but require one now because COVID affects my breathing. Receptionist didn’t care and kept telling me to call between 8am to 8:30am or 11:30 am to 12 pm but what they don’t realise is that ill people can’t get up at 8am.
