Who ever working in reception, they are not professional. Each one giving different informations. I was calling for something, one person said said I have to come straight in center when I go other person was saying "No we didn't do this service, speak to the doctor over the phone". They are wasting our times. Also not frendly service when we we were waiting, except one person the receptionists are behaving rudely . My mother severely pulled her back this week and was provided with an exemplary service by Church Lane surgery. They gave her with an emergency physiotherapy appointment and contacted him immediately upon her arrival to notify him of her situation. Furthermore, she was meant to have a nurse appointment in the afternoon (previously booked) which I cancelled on the day, however they kindly arranged for a nurse to see her after the physio appointment.
