Always helpful. Always sorted my (many) issues.
**EDITED** The GPs at Church Lane Surgery are terrific and work incredibly hard. The surgery staff are pleasant. The surgery is easy to find and the car park is a decent size with plenty of parking spaces/easy access. The surgery pharmacy is well-organised and well-managed with efficient, friendly staff.
Best doctors I’ve attended and I’ve attended a few as moved around a lot previously. Lovely helpful staff and always get seen when I ring first thing in a morning. Can’t fault them
Had a phone appointment, told to send a sample. Sent sample, nothing from them for months after so I had to arrange my own follow up appointment, which will be over the phone again in over a month's time. Told by receptionist that there are no face to face appointments available. Shocking service. Why is it impossible to get healthcare here?
I do not agree with some of the negative reviews, as I have had nothing but top notch health care from this surgery.
