Appalling service. My 86 Yr old sister is unable to get repeat prescriptions, referral to hospital for xrays and no results when urine samples taken. She has to come by taxi for appointments which are often not with a Dr. So she gets no information,wasting her money and everyones time. Certainly no care given.
Wonderful a I saw Ros McEwan how wonderful she was sorted out a nerve racking skin problem also I would give the doctor receptionists 5* they do a brilliant job under often difficult circumstances Thank you
I phoned up on Thursday 10th July regarding a query for an appointment I’d made. I had a telephone appointment with “Dr. Kay” the day before, who was nothing but lovely, friendly and professional at the same time, which I’ve found is very hard to come across with doctors nowadays. Thanks to the tenacity of nurse Rachel with my persistent ear problem and her seeking a 2nd opinion from Dr Parekh I have been referred to ENT clinic. Both Rachel and Dr Pareck showed compassion and kindness and Dr Parech was kind enough to sign posts me to information on the possible cause of my problem which helped enormously. Many thanks to you both
Absolutely appalling service for my elderly mother. My mother suffers from osteoarthritis of the knee and needs regular injections to help manage the pain. They are regularly overdue (nearly 6 months now since her last treatment). She is in agony and can't live a normal life without outside help. This is just one of her conditions and for the practice to have just one doctor who will or can administer this life changing injection is tantamount to neglect.
