Always had satisfactory treatment at Church Lane Medical Centre. The reception staff always friendly and helpful. The Doctors and Nurses very professional and competent

I must say this doctors surgery is brilliant. But when I rang today for repeat percription the receptionist was quite unhelpful.Rang back later and was treated wonderfully by another lady, quite the opposite.
I have recently moved from the Isle so had to change doctors, this was the first one that came up so I registered. After only talking to them twice I am no longer using this doctors, the receptionists are rude and cut you off whilst your talking and don't seem to give a s*** about what you're saying. Everytime I've rang I'm somewhere between 20-30 in the queue so I clicked 1 for them to call me back only for them to tell me no more appointments are available.
