About this business
We are a medical clinic for the uninsured and underinsured in our community. We accept patients between the ages of 18-64. CHMM currently only offers clinic on Tuesdays, and by appointment only. We offer a diabetic clinic during the day, and primary care clinic in the evening. We also offer pharmaceutical services, (only to our patients) but we DO NOT carry or dispense controlled or narcotic substances. Please call or come by during office hours to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment.

I've been going there several years and the staff is always caring and helpful. They will do anything they can to help you ro get tests and medicines. They are a godsend to this area and deserve to get as much if not more than they give. May God bless all who work there and their friends and families. Thank you all so much for all you do.

The staff were warm & friendly. Smiles and laughter throughout the office. Each person was gentle and polite towards one another. I felt seen, heard, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for seeing me & treating me like family.
