This place is amazing! The reception was helpful, welcoming and professional. The intake nurse was helpful and kind. She took me to the first room so I didn't have to walk too far on my knee. The NP Andi was amazing! She was professional and personable. She had to send my off site for an xray. However, she said she would put in a referral to orthopedics, and actually followed through. Orthopedics called within 4 hrs. What a relief to have people follow through on what they say they are going to do! I would definitely recomme... read more

Always helpful and friendly. It is walk in, so might have to wait a little while. But much better than going to ER. Never waited longer than 30 minutes. Great care and very personable

I went there because they were the closest facility and not an ER where one would spend an entire day for treatment. I bent my thumb backwards(popping) tearing apart boxes and my entire hand was extremely swollen and I was in uncomfortable pain that at home icing was not helping. At first, after signing in and explaining my reason for visiting, a Dr. came to the front desk to inform me they Do Not keep onsite or write scripts for pain meds. I bring my daughter in at 2:30 PM. The receptionist without missing a bit of her ice cream cone said we close at 3 and are not taking anymore patients today. What kind of urgent care place is this? Never ask why we were there. Hours on Website clearly states open until 7PM.
