I have 2 young children and I some how (with a struggle) managed to get to my 9.15 appointment 5 mins early. By 9.25 I am still waiting so I ask the receptionist how long. She said there had been a mix up and that the lady (who had just gone up) thought her appointment was at 9.15 but in actual fact it was scheduled for 10am. She said she would be down soon and we're next... What a cheek! I turn up early for my scheduled app and I was the one made to wait???
